Law
MosterWynne provides an array of legal services to its clients in the
areas of Administrative and Regulatory law. The Firms principals
and many of its attorneys previously served as counsel for state and federal
entities including the Texas Workforce Commission, the Texas Attorney
Generals Office, the Texas State Legislature and numerous federal agencies
including the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Charles Moster, the Senior Partner of the Firm, heads this practice group.

Regulatory Issues:
The Firm provides counsel with respect to a myriad of state laws and
regulations. Our attorneys advise on a full spectrum of regulatory matters
including open meetings and open records laws, document retention issues,
intergovernmental relations and election laws. The Firm is also prepared
to assist with respect to the implementation of rules and regulations,
ordinances, and legislation.
Real Estate:
The Firm assists clients with respect to any and all real estate issues
including the acquisition of real property, sale transactions, commercial
leases, and zoning.
Employment:
The Firm offers sophistication to its clients with respect to employment
and labor issues. Areas of practice include the preparation of any and
all human resource documents and other documentation to protect against
liability arising out of the employment relationship. The Firm also
assists clients regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, termination,
whistleblower claims, and regularly advises with respect to retirement
plans and employee benefits.
Litigation:
The Firm represents clients in federal and state court proceedings in
Texas and nationwide. Our attorneys are equipped to advise our clients
with respect to litigation issues in all areas of practice including
condemnation, employment, tort claim liability, contract disputes, and
other matters.
