Depending upon the assets at issue or intentions of the parties, these instruments can range from basic non-tax planned instruments to complex documents for tax implications and formulate a plan, which properly administers all of their assets.

  • Tax Planning Services: The implementation of an estate plan requires a comprehensive understanding of Estate Tax Law. The Firm provides counsel to individuals and couples regarding a myriad of options available to achieve their estate goals including: Generation-Skipping Transfer Trusts, Bypass Trusts for Unified Credit Shelter Planning, Children's & Marital Trusts (providing for those left behind), QTIP (Qualified Terminable Interest Property) Trusts, Qualified Domestic Trusts (QDOTs), and other vehicles.

  • Advance Directives: The Firm offers services to create advance directives including General Durable Powers of Attorney, Medical Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Declarations of Guardians, and other documents.
