MosterWynne maintains an extensive litigation group which includes all of the practice areas of the Firm. Our litigators have represented clients in federal and state court proceedings in Texas and other states. The multidisciplinary focus of the Firm provides a decided advantage to our clients by expanding the range of available litigation options. In our view, litigation cannot be pursued in a vacuum.
