Our ongoing representation has been at the highest level of corporate decision making and will determine whether a wholly owned subsidiary can continue its business operations in the United States. Representation of import-export corporation with respect to negotiation of patent rights with a Chinese corporation. The Firm's advice facilitated the client's perfection of international patent rights and ability to undertake production of a new product in the United States.
Representation of a multinational corporation regarding trademark infringement action in federal court action. MosterWynne was engaged by one of the largest retail corporations in the United States to enjoin the sale and distribution of "knockoff" products. This action filed in Dallas federal court was successfully resolved.
Representation of a multinational corporation with respect to redrafting its terms and conditions and marketing collateral nationwide. This was a complex and successful endeavor which involved reconfiguring the client's marketing materials to comport with the requirements of regulatory law in multiple states.
